OUR STORY

We are a boutique specialist grower of Yuzu in the Blue Mountains. The orchard at Blue Mountains Yuzu was originally planted in 2011 but mostly destroyed by a bushfire in 2013. Some trees survived and began fruiting in 2016. Since then the orchard has expanded to 60 trees and as they mature, the crop has been increasing each year.

Our trees usually flower in September-October, set fruit in December-January and we pick in May. Yuzus are notoriously difficult to pick as they have thorns which are as long as your pinkie. We can pick them green or yellow depending on your use.
